Terry Copley, President of T & S Concrete requested incentive assistance from the Muleshoe Economic Development Corporation to expand their business into Muleshoe. Local manufacturing of ready-mix concrete has proven to be a valuable asset for the construction and renovation of our four school campuses as well as the new football field, bleachers, concession stand and restrooms.
